If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not authorized to use this Site or our Services.

2. Nature of Services & Professional Disclaimer

LWP operates as a specialized subcontractor providing quality assurance, specification review, and standards consultation for the fiber optics industry.

Consulting Only: Information provided on this Site or through our Services constitutes professional advice based on current industry standards (e.g., TIA/EIA, ITU). It does not constitute a guarantee of network performance or physical infrastructure longevity.

No Certification of Third-Party Products: Unless explicitly stated in a Statement of Work (SOW), LWP does not manufacture fiber optic hardware. Our review of third-party specifications does not constitute a warranty of those third-party products.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site, including but not limited to technical white papers, methodology descriptions, logos, graphics, and software code (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of Lightworker Photonics or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site for internal business purposes relevant to your engagement with LWP.

By using this Site or our client portals, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to LWP's proprietary databases or client specification repositories.

Confidentiality: Any technical specifications, network maps, or proprietary data shared with LWP for review will be treated as Confidential Information. Likewise, reports generated by LWP for your specific projects are for your internal use and legally required disclosures only.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LIGHTWORKER PHOTONICS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH:

• THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES;
• ANY FAILURE OF FIBER OPTIC INFRASTRUCTURE REVIEWED BY LWP;

7. Compliance with Laws & Export Controls

Information and services provided by LWP may be subject to United States export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). You agree to comply with all applicable international and national laws that apply to these products and services, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations, as well as end-user, end-use, and destination restrictions issued by U.S. and other governments.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Sumter County, Florida.

9. Changes to Terms

LWP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site or Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
